  Great to have a bubble tea shop just a five minute walk from where I work. I have been to Novel Tea on a few different occasions now. Love the bubble tea and seaweed fries! But I am giving Novel Tea three stars because I am extremely disappointed that all the food is served in to-go plastic containers (even for customers who are eating in) which end up in the trash. You do not have a recycling bin and other patrons simply throw away the plastic containers in the trash instead of taking them home to recycle. Please offer recycling (google Broome County and recycling) or please use dishes that can be washed. If neither of these is feasible, please use containers that are biodegradable that will be less damaging to the environment. Plastic is extremely harmful to the planet and its inhabitants. More and more establishments are becoming environmentally friendly and I hope Novel Tea will become one of those establishments as we need to do everything we can to reduce waste and do our part to help save the planet before it’s too late.

  Very good Asian fare and bubble tea. The menu isn't huge, but what they have is very tasty and priced in fairly. The staff was very friendly and the service as quick. This isn't a huge place, so it can get crowded quickly.
