    I have been going to McDonald's at 167 Main Street, Binghamton, NY . We went to have lunch on February 26th, 2017 at 11:12 am and only two people in front of us. There was 6 employees there and was not busy at all and all tables were dirty except two. It still took us anywhere from 11 to 15 minutes to get our order. I don't believe it should of took that long for our order & food was not warm. We on ordered 1 McChicken w tomato, 1 med fry and 1 Mac Jr Meal. Will not be going back there. I hope customer service starts getting better .
