When my simple order came out burnt and STILL wrong I asked for my money back and the "assistant manager" was rude and confrontational. She actually told me (after shorting me $3) that I could come back when someone else was there to get the proper refund! She argued with me that my burnt food was still edible-what a great standard of quality! She was shouting and threw my change at me when I was nothing but polite the first 2 times my food was remade! I called corporate and received verbatim apologies and promises that she would be spoken to - SPOKEN TO!!! Why not fired?! I will never return to that location and quite frankly, I'm turned off to Dunkin Donuts as a whole. Try Mannys diner, it's right across the street with friendly faces, good food, and excellent prices.January 04, 2017
