  Had an awful experience here today, waited about 5 minutes in the drive thru line which is fine. Got to the speaker, had to repeat what we wanted about 5 times. The same thing I get every single time, and the girl was arguing with me about not selling the donut I wanted and saying I was wrong about the ham and cheese on a flat bread usually coming with honey mustard (i asked for none). Then we get to the window, they come out with the wrong donut. Then we look at the receipt and my sandwich was wrong, it said ham egg and cheese on a flatbread with no cheese. We knocked on the window to correct it, repeated it twice more. Finally after another 5 minutes of sitting there, they come out with the sandwich. Thankfully I checked it before driving off because they had just put a slice of ham on a flatbread. My boyfriend pulled out and parked and went inside. Took him yet another t minutes just to get a refund. Awful experience, do NOT go here

  The product is fine. But the location is very difficult to navigate. Lots of lines. Plus bery slow service. Thought it was a new employee, but it happens every time. I go because it's nearby.

  Always very busy in the mornings. Be careful of using the drive in on weekend mornings as it can wrap around back out onto Front St. They do try to work as fast as they can though.

  Friday nights we always go out with friends and wrap up the evening with a visit to Dunkin Donuts on Upper Front. Last night we arrived at around 9pm, ordered coffee and doughnuts. We always sit by the TV so we can watch the latest news and chit chat about current events. At 9:20 the girl behind the counter walks up, turns off the tv on us and walks back behind the counter. We all looked at each other like, "what the heck?" I asked her what time they were closing and she said, "10pm"....apparentley she did not like our commentary or was just feeling like being rude. Nothings says, " you are done, leave now, we want you out" like this kind of rude behavior. Guess we will have to find a coffee shop that appreciates having regular, paying customers.
