I mean, WRONG. things were burnt, and things were raw ON THE SAME PLATE. allergy requests were ignored. Needless to say, we'll drive the extra few miles and just go to vestal.
That one star is for the waitress who was completely understanding and fought with the kitchen to get our orders correct.
One dish had to go back more than once and when it came back again was still wrong, and at that point the management brought it back. And gave no indication that he felt any remorse for his Cook's inability to cook correctly. No "sorry about the mistake" or "the cook is new" nothing. Honestly.
